Charcuterie Chic San Antonio is a veteran-owned luxury charcuterie and grazing company specializing in custom boards, grazing tables, and curated food experiences throughout San Antonio and surrounding communities. Each display is thoughtfully designed to elevate gatherings, simplify hosting, and leave a lasting impression.
Founded by Jennifer Hansen, an Army Reserve Judge Advocate (JAG) with more than 20 years of federal service, Charcuterie Chic was created from a love of intentional hospitality and beautifully styled food. What began as a creative outlet quickly evolved into a refined catering brand serving private celebrations, corporate events, weddings, and upscale gatherings across San Antonio, Stone Oak, Sonterra, The Dominion, Alamo Heights, and nearby Texas communities.
Every board is crafted with premium cheeses, artisan meats, seasonal fruit, and carefully selected accompaniments. Attention to detail is at the heart of every arrangement, from flavor balance to visual presentation.

Entertaining has always been part of my life. From intimate nights with friends to full-scale gatherings at home, I have spent years hosting events where food, atmosphere, and meaningful connection matter. Every time I planned one, I found myself wishing there were a single company that could handle it all. Beautiful food, thoughtful details, and engaging activities that allow the host to stay present rather than overwhelmed.
After doing it myself for years, I realized I had already become that solution.
Charcuterie Chic was created to take the stress out of hosting and replace it with ease, intention, and enjoyment. Whether it’s a large home event, a celebration, or a simple evening with family or friends, my goal is to handle the details so you can focus on what matters most. Being together, connecting, and making memories.
What started as a personal passion has grown into a service designed for others who love to host but do not want to manage every moving piece. I create elevated food experiences and curated activities that feel effortless, inviting, and thoughtfully done.
