Charcuterie Chic is a veteran-owned, woman-led charcuterie and grazing company based in San Antonio, Texas, specializing in beautifully styled boards, grazing tables, and elevated catering for gatherings of every size.

Founded by Jennifer Hansen, Charcuterie Chic grew from a love of entertaining and a simple belief: hosting should feel as enjoyable for the host as it does for the guests.

Every Charcuterie Chic experience is created with intention. From artisan cheeses and premium cured meats to seasonal fruit, fresh accompaniments, and carefully chosen finishing details, each arrangement is designed with both flavor and presentation in mind.

Today, Charcuterie Chic creates custom charcuterie boards, grazing tables, corporate catering, wedding displays, and specialty offerings throughout San Antonio and surrounding communities. Whether you're planning an intimate gathering at home or a large celebration, the goal is simple: beautiful food, thoughtful details, and less for you to worry about.

Entertaining has always been part of my life. I love bringing people together, whether it's dinner with friends, a family celebration, or a house full of guests. But after years of hosting, I also know how quickly enjoying your own event can turn into managing it.

I kept wishing there were one place I could turn to for beautiful food and all the thoughtful details that make a gathering feel special, without having to coordinate everything myself.

Eventually, I realized I had created exactly that.

Charcuterie Chic grew from my love of hospitality and my desire to make entertaining easier for other people. My goal isn't simply to deliver beautiful food. It's to take something off your plate so that when your guests arrive, you get to be part of the occasion too.

I'm also an Army Reserve Judge Advocate (JAG) and have spent more than 20 years in public service. Professionalism, reliability, and attention to detail are deeply ingrained in how I work, and I bring those same standards to every event entrusted to Charcuterie Chic.
