  • We do not ship our products at this time We do deliver for free to 78258 and 78260, and charge a delivery fee for other zip codes in the San Antonio and surrounding areas.

  • Yes! All items are made fresh to order, by certified food handlers. Boards arrive ready to serve. We will arrive 1 to 1.5 hours ahead of the event to create grazing tables (don’t worry we keep the food cold while we work!).

  • Our boards and boxes can be left at room temperature for up to 6 hours. If enjoying later, place your board on ice in a cooler or in the refrigerator.

  • Smaller disposable palm leaf trays do not need to be returned. For bigger boards, events, or more elegant needs we can come pick everything up from you, or you may keep the board(s) for an additional fee.

  • Many of our boards and snacks have a set price. For bigger events we offer flexible pricing based on size and special requests. After an initial conversation, we’ll provide a transparent quote with no hidden costs.

  • We do include nuts in some products, please let us know in advance if you do not want nuts

  • We recommend placing orders 48–72 hours in advance to ensure availability and the freshest ingredients. For large grazing tables or events, booking 1–2 weeks in advance is recommended.
